Referral Program Terms

Welcome to the Scorea Market Referral Program ("the Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This is our way of partnering with our community to reward you for spreading the word about Algeria's premier digital marketplace.

1. Program Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must have an active and valid account on Scorea Market. Participation is free and open to all registered users.

2. How It Works

Upon enrollment, you will be provided with a unique referral link ("Referral Link"). You can share this link on your website, blog, social media, or with your friends.

  • A "Qualified Purchase" occurs when a new customer clicks on your Referral Link, is directed to Scorea Market, and completes a purchase within **30 days** of their first click.
  • Commissions are earned only on purchases made by customers who have not previously made a purchase on Scorea Market.
  • Self-referrals (using your own link to make purchases) are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all commissions.

3. Commission and Payouts

  • For each Qualified Purchase, you will earn a commission of **15%** of the item's list price.
  • Commissions are held for a **30-day** period to account for any potential refunds. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding commission will be voided.
  • Payouts are processed monthly. To receive a payout, you must have a minimum accumulated commission balance of **5,000 DZD**.
  • You are responsible for any taxes associated with the commissions you earn.

4. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

We encourage you to promote Scorea Market, but you must do so responsibly. The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam: You may not use your Referral Link in any form of unsolicited email, messaging, or spam.

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate termination from the Program and the forfeiture of all outstanding commissions.

5. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting our support. Scorea Market reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any violation of these terms.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify participants of any significant changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
