Author Terms

Welcome, Creator! We are thrilled that you are considering selling your digital items on Scorea Market ("we," "our," "us"). These Author Terms govern your relationship with us as a seller ("Author," "you") on our platform. By uploading an item for sale, you agree to these terms.

1. Becoming an Author

To become an Author, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Scorea Market account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. We reserve the right to approve or reject any author application at our discretion.

2. Your Responsibilities as an Author

As an Author, you are the cornerstone of our community. You commit to the following:

  • Originality and Ownership: You must be the original creator of any item you upload. You warrant that your items do not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • Quality Standards: Your items must be functional, secure, well-presented, and accurately described. They must not contain any malicious code, viruses, or spam.
  • Customer Support: You are required to provide support for your items to buyers. As per our Support Policy, each purchase includes 6 months of your support. Providing timely and professional support is essential to your success on Scorea Market.

3. Pricing and Fees

  • Item Price: You are responsible for setting the price of your items, within the minimum and maximum price limits set by the platform.
  • Author Fee (Our Commission): For each sale, Scorea Market will deduct an "Author Fee." The fee percentage is determined by your **Author Level**, which is based on your total accumulated sales. The more you sell, the lower your fee becomes. You can review the full fee structure on our Author Levels page.

4. Earnings and Payouts

  • Your Earnings: Your earnings for each sale are the item price minus the Author Fee.
  • Withdrawal of Earnings: To withdraw your earnings, you must meet the following conditions:
    1. You must have successfully completed our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process.
    2. You must have reached the minimum withdrawal balance specified in your author dashboard.
  • You are solely responsible for paying any taxes on the income you earn from Scorea Market.

5. Item Licensing

By uploading an item, you grant Scorea Market a non-exclusive, worldwide right to market, display, and sell your item on your behalf. You authorize us to grant licenses to buyers according to our Licenses Terms. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your items.

6. Exclusivity (Optional)

Authors have the option to sell their items exclusively on Scorea Market. Choosing to be an "Exclusive Author" grants you access to a significantly lower Author Fee rate, providing a higher percentage of earnings from each sale. By choosing this option, you agree not to sell the same item on any other platform or marketplace.

7. Termination

You may choose to close your author account at any time by contacting our support. Scorea Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide poor support, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
