Free Items Policy

Welcome to Scorea Market. Our "Free Items" program is a core part of our commitment to building a vibrant and supportive community for digital creators in Algeria. This policy outlines the terms of use for all items offered for free on our platform.

1. Purpose of the Free Items Program

The program serves two main purposes:

  • For Authors: It provides a powerful way for our talented authors to showcase their skills, gain exposure, and attract potential customers to their premium products.
  • For Users: It offers our community access to a variety of high-quality digital assets at no cost, perfect for personal projects or for trying out new creative tools.

2. License and Usage Rights

All items downloaded for free from Scorea Market are covered by our **Free Item License**. This license grants you the following rights:

  • You have the right to use the item to create **one single End Product** for either personal or commercial use.
  • The End Product can be for yourself or for a single client.

However, you **cannot** do the following:

  • You cannot redistribute, resell, license, or share the original item files, either for free or for a fee.
  • You cannot use the item to create an End Product that is then sold. For that purpose, you must purchase an Extended License for a paid item.

Example: You can download a free presentation template and use it for your business presentation. You cannot, however, post the template file on your own website for others to download.

3. Support for Free Items

This is a critical term of our policy: **Free items are provided "as-is" without any obligation for the author to provide technical support.**

While some authors may choose to offer limited assistance as a gesture of goodwill, they are not required to do so. If you require dedicated support for an item, we strongly recommend purchasing a premium product which includes 6 months of author support.

4. Guidelines for Authors

Authors who wish to offer a free item must ensure that they are the original creator of the asset and have the full rights to distribute it. The item must be functional, well-presented, and free from any malicious code. Scorea Market reserves the right to review and remove any free item that does not meet our quality standards.
