To be considered for the Premium Program, an item must typically exhibit:

  • Exceptional Quality: Flawless design, clean and secure code, and robust functionality.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Clear, detailed, and easy-to-follow instructions that help users get the most out of the item.
  • Outstanding Author Support: The author must have a proven track record of providing fast, helpful, and professional customer support.
  • Positive User Ratings: The item must maintain a consistently high average rating from buyers.

2. For Buyers: What a Premium Badge Guarantees

When you purchase an item with a Premium badge, you can be confident that you are investing in one of the best assets on our platform. The badge represents our endorsement of the item's quality and the author's professionalism. However, the standard Licenses Terms and Refund Policy still apply to all Premium Items.

3. For Authors: The Selection Process

The Premium badge is awarded based on merit and is not a feature that can be purchased. Our team regularly reviews top-performing and high-quality items for consideration. The selection is at the sole discretion of the Scorea Market team. Authors do not need to apply for this status.

4. Disclaimer

The "Premium" designation is a mark of quality assurance based on our review at a specific point in time. It does not constitute an additional warranty or guarantee beyond our standard terms. The responsibility for maintaining the item and providing support remains with the author.

Scorea Market reserves the right to grant or revoke the "Premium" status of any item at any time to maintain the integrity and standards of the Program.
